Arguments: pathname-or-string
In earlier releases, this function was exported from the
aclwin package. Now its home package is
excl, though it is still exported from
aclwin for compatibility.
Returns whether this existing file or directory is part of, or is used exclusively by, the operating system. Errors if pathname-or-string does not name an existing file or directory.
