Arguments: trackbar
Returns the value of the visible-range property of the argument. This
property determines a sub-range of a trackbar control's range that is
displayed as a bar drawn along the widget.
The visible-range is only displayed when the select-range property of a trackbar has a true value. The value of the visible-range property must be a list of two numbers both within the range of the control.
visible-range is a property of the trackbar class.
