Arguments: configuration
The number of pixels below an object that its tooltip will appear. This configuration value is used whenever the default tooltip-toptooltip-top method is in effect. The default value of 16 is somewhat large to prevent the mouse cursor from obscuring the tooltip. A smaller value could be used to position tooltips at a more typical distance for Windows applications.
