Arguments: grid-widget section subsection &optional invalidate-borders-p
Selects a grid-row or grid-column. A selected subsection is drawn in the selection colors as set up by the user in the Windows Control Panel. The selection status is used by the built-in grid-widget code only for the feature where all subsections that are both deletable and selected are removed from a grid-widget when the user presses the DELETE key while the grid-widget has the keyboard focus.
