Arguments: standard-object
Returns the value of the read-only property of its argument. This property determines whether the user may enter text into an editable-text, multi-line-editable-text, or a text-edit-window or text-edit-pane.
static-text
controls are always read-only. This property allows editability to be
toggled programatically in non-static text controls.
read-only is a property of the editable-text, multi-line-editable-text, and text-edit-pane classes.
