Arguments: tab-control
Returns the value of the ragged-right property of its argument.
This property determines whether tab stops in a tab-control will automatically expand horizontally to fill the width of the control whenever multiple rows of text with tabs are displayed.
Suppose, for example, there are three tabs on a tab control and they
do not all fit on one line but instead two on one line and one on the
next. If the value of this property is true, the single tab will have
a normal width with empty space to its right (and the two tabs on the
other line may not fill the space either – this property allows
empty space to the right of tabs). If the value is nil
, the tabs will expand to fill the width of the
control so the tab line with only one tab may be quite wide.
The ragged-right property may not be changed on an existing control, and must instead be specified with the inspector when designing a control (using a form) or with the :ragged-right initarg of make-instance. (It can be changed using the inspector when designing a form but not for a running control, either in the IDE or in an application.)
ragged-right is a property of the tab-control
class.
