Arguments: window buttons mouse-in-window
This function is called when a mouse-out event happens on window. buttons is an integer representing the state of mouse button(s) and keypad (see below). Bits in the buttons represent the state of modifier keys: 1 indicating that the key is down and 0 that it is up.
mouse-out-window is the CG window to which the mouse moved immediately
from the window or control on which mouse-out is now being called (or
nil if none). For a hotspot, this is the
hotspot in the same parent window to which the mouse moved
immediately, if any.
The following table shows the correspondence of buttons and keys to constants defined in Allegro CL for Windows.
