Arguments: pane position
Creates and returns a mark at position of pane (a text-edit-pane). The mark location
will be updated if text is inserted or removed before it (so, say, if
you make a mark at the beginning of the second paragraph, it will be
there however long or short the first paragraph is made). Use mark-position to find
the position when needed.
This is not the mark set and operated on by Edit menu commands such as Set Mark and Swap with Mark.
