Arguments: name object
Finds and returns an object whose programmatic name is name and whose
parent is the parent of object. May be used on a dialog-item, window,
tab-info, header-info, or any grid section (grid-column-section, grid-row-section,
grid-column,
or grid-row). Returns nil if there is no such object.
