Returns a list of the device names of all file systems that are available on the machine, both local and networked, both mounted and unmounted. The values in the list are suitable as arguments to file-system-info and file-system-type.
The actual home package of the symbol naming this function is the
windows package, but it is also exported from the
common-graphics package.
