Arguments: stream centre radius start-angle length-angle
Erases (i.e. replaces with the background color or texture) the specified circle-arc, which is the arc extending length-angle from start-angle on the circle defined by center and radius, from stream. Contrast with draw-circle-arc which draws the arc on stream.
