Arguments: configuration
Returns (or sets with setf) whether the IDE's extended toolbar is currently present. This toolbar contains buttons for menu commands that are not included on the small main toolbar. Changing this property while the IDE is running toggles the extended toolbar on or off. When options are saved, the current value of this property determines whether the extended toolbar will initially be present the next time the IDE is started up.
display-extended-toolbar is a property of the configuration class.
