Arguments: configuration
Returns (or sets with setf) whether the console window is currently present. Changing this property while the IDE is running toggles the console window on or off. When Options are saved, the current value of this property determines whether the Console will initially be present the next time the IDE is started up.
display-console is a property of the configuration class.
