Arguments: nil
Tells the operating system to destroy its mouse cursor resource that
is being used for this mouse cursor object, and sets the cursor-handle
of the cursor object to nil
. This function
can be used to free up the cursor resource in the OS for a cursor
object that will no longer be used by an application. Does nothing if
the cursor object already has no handle.
