Arguments: system
Returns the currently-defined brief comtab. A comtab is an editor command table defining a set of editing keystrokes. The in-lisp editor will use this comtab if it is the selected Mode on the Editor tab of the Options dialog.
Brief-comtab is a property of the system class.
