A text-edit-pane that will
automatically link up with any rich-edit formating controls that are
either on the same parent or on a toolbar of the parent. This is the
class of widget-windows that are instantiated whenever a rich-edit is added to
a window. Probably not of concern to applications unless it needs to
intercept low-level window events of a rich-edit subclass or otherwise add
methods to the widget-window of a rich-edit. See widget-window.
