A class of windows with frames containing a bitmap-pane
as a subwindow. Every
bitmap-window keeps a backing store so it can refresh graphics quickly
and redraw them on the bitmap-pane. The bitmap-window draws the
graphics on its pane, and the class of that pane is the
bitmap-pane. Bitmap-windows refresh their contents whenever minimized
and maximized, scrolled, or resized.
