This document contains the following sections:
1.0 Errata introductionThis file is intended to be updated from time to time, describing errors discovered in the Allegro CL 6.0 documentation. Because the documentation is online, the files containing the errors will typically also be updated.
No errors are listed initially because this file is included on the distribution CD at the same time as the rest of the online documentation, and discovered errors would simply be fixed. Errors found after the distribution has been created will be lited in the updates of this file.
A corrected version of the documentation will typically be available on the Franz Inc. WWW site (www.franz.com). Here is a link to introduction.htm, which has links to all the online documentation.
You can always look at that documentation set for the latest updates. We point to significant changes in this document as well. (By significant changes, we mean those where the information in the distribution is misleading or incorrect. We do not list obvious typos, bad (but understandable) formatting, etc.)
The documentation can be patched. Use update-allegro to update the documentation (that function also downloads patches).
