This parameter gives a better estimation than char-code-limit as to the upper bound of
characters. char-code-limit
is chosen to be an
upper bound all implementations of Allegro CL, ICS or
not. real-char-code-limit
is set for non-ICS lisps to be a
smaller value for better bounding.
