Arguments: window menu
Returns a list of menu-items that will be used if pop-up-shortcut-menupop-up-shortcut-menu is called on window. An application may define shortcut-commands methods for its own window classes, and then typically call pop-up-shortcut-menupop-up-shortcut-menu on a window when the end user right-clicks in the window.
