Arguments: configuration
Returns (or sets with setf) a position indicating an offset from the selected window which will be used by default for the position of a new window. The offset is measured in pixels rightward and downward from the exterior-top-left of the selected window.
(offset-from-selected-window is a property of the configuration class.
