Arguments: pixmap x y
Returns the value of the specified pixel of the mask texture of a
pixmap by calling contents-refcontents-ref on the mask
texture. Returns nil if the pixmap has no
mask texture. See contents-refcontents-ref for more information.
The setf sets the value of the pixel and returns the new value. It
also does nothing and returns nil if there is
no mask texture.
