Arguments: grid-widget
Returns the value of the keep-focus-in-view property of grid-widget. This property determines the focus as follows:
The value can be tnil. If it is t, the cell
with focus need not remain in view.
If the value is nil, the cell with focus is
always in view.
keep-focus-in-view is a property of
the grid-widget class.
