Arguments: module
Returns the file associated with the argument, if there is
one. Returns nil if there is no associated
file. If object is a project module, returns the .cl file associated
with module. The module will also have in the same directory an
associated .bil and may also have a .bml file. If object is a
text-edit buffer associated with a file, returns that file.
