Arguments: drag-from-widget
Should return true if drag-from-widget can be dragged. (The default method does and other added methods should behave that way as well.)
The default method allows for dragging from any control. You may want
to redefine this default method to return nil
and then add specific methods to return t where dragging is allowed.
