Arguments: row column
The default method will look on the row's data-object for an individual cell-font for this row and column, and return it if one has been set up. Otherwise it returns the default font for the column if there is one and the font of the grid-widget itself if the column has no default font. This method could be modified to return an explicit #.(make-font ...) (i.e. an expression that evaluates to the font) for particular row/column pairs.
