Arguments: list-view list-view-column &optional (index -1)
Adds a new list-view-column to
list-view at index. An
index of zero indicates the leftmost position, 1
means second from the left, and so on. An index of -1 (this is the
default) means in the rightmost position. See the description of the
list-view
control.
