The questions that Clare and Monica ask are exactly the same one that I am
asking about yootle value; as a practical matter, it is the first thing you
run into when you try to use yootles. (See item 1 of my e-mail of Nov 20
where I ask "how do I know how much each [yootle] is worth?")

And I think the discussion about how any currency gets its value (in the
abstract) addresses the heart of this particular issue.
