	Can't say that I side with the CATO Institute in much of what they 
say, but I do kind of like this piece.	I particularly like the McCain 
quote in the middle of it, partially for its truthfullness and partially 
because I have this great mental image of McCain puffing up his cheeks 
and yelling it at some poor reporter:

"What we need is more pronouncements like the one in a recent
book by Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.): Get on the damn elevator!
Fly on the damn plane! Calculate the odds of being harmed by a
terrorist! Its still about as likely as being swept out to sea by a tidal
wave. Suck it up, for crying out loud. Youre almost certainly going
to be okay. And in the unlikely event youre not, do you really want
to spend your last days cowering behind plastic sheets and duct
tape? Thats not a life worth living, is it?"
