If you haven't been a part of the campaign to stop the genocide in
Darfur, now's a good time to join in! There's another push going on to
make an impact in this area. There's a march coming up, as well as a
national postcard campaign.  You never know what actually makes a
difference, but we should keep trying...

The Save Darfur Coalition appeals to individuals and groups throughout

National Campaign 2006	


This campaign aims to mobilize grassroots support and garner national
and local media attention to end the crisis in Darfur.	There will be
various community events held throughout the United States from January
12-April 30 to educate the public, rally constituents, speak to elected
officials and increase media coverage.	Postcards and petitions will be
circulated, signatures collected and people signed up to rally on April
30th.

The Save Darfur Coalition appeals to individuals and groups throughout
the country to help promote action to end this genocide quickly.  Please
join the campaign through www.savedarfur.org 

*	Host important information and updates on signatures on a
"Million Voices for Darfur" website 
*	Help participating organizations organize and promote events and
find speakers 
*	Supply fliers and other materials on the campaign and about
Darfur 
*	Assist in developing press interest.
