Subject: boo to Austria (free speech again)
I disagree strongly with Trixie's take below.  The principle of free 
speech is more important.  Just because it was a wise move *in this case* 
does not mean we want governments to have that kind of control over us.

This reminds me, again, of fundamentalist Christians in the US who want to 
remove the separation of church and state because they happen to be the 
majority.

The principles of freedom of speech and freedom of religion need to be 
defended not just when it suits you.  They need to be defended on 
principle.
