The Scotland ban is on enclosed public places, but being a whole
country is a good thing.  Of course Scotland is only about 30k square
miles, or the about the size of S. Carolina.  They are going through
the same changes in England.  And these people do smoke heavily, as do
the French.

I was glad when they banned smoking in Michigan Stadium, because for
many years I had a pipe smoker in front of me. Eh, eh, eh...

Smoking is banned in Wash. DC in government buildings, except in Congress...
