CONSISTENCY
The term consistency applies to the mapping between the agent's
model of the world and the state of the world. If these are both
consistent and, if the agent's model is consistent with itself, then
the agent is has consistency. If the agent keeps a differnt model of
the world then it is being inconsistend (which might not be a bad
thing).
