TASKABILITY
By taskability we simply refer to the architecture's ability to
perform certain tasks given by user's command. This capability is
useful because if provides us with a way of determining whether the
agent is functioning properly or not. The architecture is free to
refuse to perform a task but should be able to give a rational reason
for doing so (e.g. the task is physically impossible). If the
architecture is currently performing some other task it must be able
to put it on hold and do the task the user instructs it to, later it
can resume the old task.
