Environments
Dynamic
The environment in which ICARUS is expected to function seems to be a
fairly dynamic and unpredictable one. However, since there is no
actual implementation we can not say, for certain, how it would
perform. Still, ICARUS does possess the ability to monitor the
environment and determine if any interesting changes have happened
or, if anything that should have changed (maybe as a consequence of its
effectors) has stayed the same. Since perception occurs in parallel
with other processing, ICARUS should be able to react to unforseen
circumstances.
Unpredictable
The environment we expect for Icarus would be unpredictable, however,
there are no implementations of it.
Simulated
We expect a real environment, if it ever gets implemented.
Consistency
This was not made clear in the information given.
