The Plan Interpreter

This module carries out plans stored in the dynamic plan. The interpreter ensures that an action is executed only after the preceding actions in the plan are completed and the specified time for executing the action arrives. When plan execution is not possible, the interpreter discontinues its activity and waits for a revised plan to arrive in the dynamic plan.
