Uniform Access to Knowledge
When every module within an agent has access to all of the agents knowledge,
the agent is said to have uniform access to knowledge or to have
open knowledge. This is different from
uniform representation of knowledge
which in most cases means declarative
knowledge. Uniform representation refers to the structure of the knowledge
while uniform access refers to the ability of the agents operators to
utilize and change the knowledge.
