Learning Cost
Learning in some environments
does not always come free. As the amount of knowledge to be learned
increases, an agent may show a decrease in efficiency. The agent may choose to
ignore certain pieces of knowledge, resulting in a deliberative learning strategy.
Of course, it must make such choices carefully to maintain its rationality.
