Eager and lazy sensing

Theo-Agent distinguishes between lazy and eager sensing of world features: eagerly sensed feature are updated regularly in the cache, and lazily sensed features are deleted from the cache, all at the beginning of the sense-decide-execute loop. Lazily sensed features are re-sensed if needed later. This provides a "focus of attention" to minimize average reaction time and allow it to access many features of its environment.

For Theo to operate according to its definition, it must be able to sense everything about the world it inhabits.
