learning, and representation, based on a Plan-then-Compile Architecture.
For generality, it is necessary that
- A correct initial model of actions be available.
- An effective reactive strategy can be represented as a collection
of if-then rules.
- The agent's environment be forgiving of initial slow reaction time.
