Short-cuts

To expedite goal reconstruction in most situations, TETON's operators have a secondary condition list, known as the shortcut conditions, to go with the conditions that make it relevant. When the conditions of the secondary list are met, the agent can assume that the operator has been performed and its add and delete lists can therefore be asserted without executing the entire operator.
