Planning in RALPH-MEA

The execution architectures all use dynamic influence diagrams, with a planning window controlled by the metalevel. These incorporate probabilistic and utility information about future states in deciding which action sequences to select. Planning continues until the meta-knowledge indicates that the time cost of additional computation outweighs the expected gain of plan improvement. In addition, the replanning architecture can modify the plan during execution.
