Many of the knowledge types are
inefficient, but condition-action rules are the exception. Hopefully, the
other types will eventually be compiled into the
condition-action productions, resulting in highly efficient performance. In
addition, the metalevel control
ensures that the agent performs only computations that increase utility,
and the computations themselves are performed by the execution architectures in parallel.
