PRODIGY requires world knowledge consistency
In addition to the requirement for
completeness, PRODIGY also requires that
world knowledge be consistent, or unchanging over time. This is described
as the environmental
consistency hypothesis. This allows PRODIGY to be predictive,
or able to base current decisions on past experiences. The inclusion
of this requirement excludes PRODIGY from dynamic and unpredictable
environments. (See
reactivity for further information.)
