Provided the domain knowledge of a particular task is complete and correct, PRODIGY always gives solutions with those goals and knowledge and can thus be said to be rational (i.e. PRODIGY obeys the maximum rationality hypothesis). This assumption (about complete and correct domain knowledge) is raised in the Issues discussion associated with this document.
