Scalability of ICARUS
The use of macro-operators lends ICARUS the potential for handling more
complex route-planning tasks. Overall, the authors tend to believe that
ICARUS can scale well to bigger tasks, each component being flexible enough to
deal with larger problems. However, it would seem that more knowledge in
LABYRINTH would increase the probabilty of irrationality in the system,
as well as slow retreival time.
