The AIS Scheduler

The scheduler chooses the best operation on the agenda, according to the current control plan. Its deliberation interrupts that of the agenda manager, according to the satisficing cycle. The scheduler itself will be interrupted as well, by the executor. Since the scheduler selects one action at a time, it supports incremental reasoning. The action selected usually conforms to the current reasoning focus.
