RALPH - Symbolic World Model
Description
- Because RALPH is a form of decision-theoretic architecture, its
knowledge is encoded as probabilities describing states, actions, and goals.
- Features of the environment are used to define the temporal state and are
stored in the global knowledge base.
- All of this knowledge is necessary to all of the execution architectures as they compute their
individual utility functions,
although no one component uses all types of
knowledge as it reasons.
