• Homer includes a natural language sentence generator which incrementally constructs English sentences
• The sentences are generated from the state transition representation by a pattern-matcher, which uses declarative production-rule style translations
• Homer currently generates text based on the contents of its dynamic plan and as the results of reflective processes performed on its episodic memory
