Homer: Interruptable
Description
- Homer replans in response to new information or goals.
- Homer can also receive conditional commands.
- These two capabilities can be exploited to produce interruptable behavior. For instance, if Homer is given two goals: (1) go to the island, and (2) if you see a bird take its picture, it will go towards the island. On the way, if it happens to see a bird it will incorporate this new information and interrupt it's current action of going to the island in order to take a picture of the bird.
